EURAM Conference 2025

The European Academy of Management conference “Managing with Purpose” took place in Florence from June 22 to 25.

As part of the conference, Dr. Eva Dötschel presented her article: “Socioemotional wealth unfolded: A systematic review on its dimensions and future research directions beyond family business boundaries”. Dr. Tobias Reif presented his paper: “Somewhere in the middle? Categorizing search funds as family firm succession mechanism”, which he co-authored with Prof. Dr. Sebastian Junge and Dr. Dustin Bauer. Jule Holmer presented the joint article with Dr. Verena Hoßnofsky and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Junge “CSR in the Face of Crisis: Examining the Role of CSR Activities for Reputational Repair”. And Patrick Herold presented “The Special Ones? How Narcissistic Founders Influence Series A Funding Outcomes”, a joint project with Dr. Verena Hoßnofsky, Dr. Franziska Schlichte and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Junge.

Vom 22. bis 25. Juni fand die Konferenz der European Academy of Management unter dem Motto “Managing with Purpose” in Florenz statt.

Im Rahmen der Konferenz stellte Dr. Eva Dötschel ihren Artikel: „Socioemotional wealth unfolded: A systematic review on its dimensions and future research directions beyond family business boundaries“ vor. Dr. Tobias Reif präsentierte seine Arbeit: „Somewhere in the middle? Categorizing search funds as family firm succession mechanism“ die er zusammen mit Prof. Dr. Sebastian Junge und Dr. Dustin Bauer verfasste. Jule Holmer stellte den gemeinsamen Artikel mit Dr. Verena Hoßnofsky und Prof. Dr. Sebastian Junge “CSR in the Face of Crisis: Examining the Role of CSR Activities for Reputational Repair” vor. Und Patrick Herold präsentierte “The Special Ones?
